Want to broaden your knowledge of rum? Book in for a Tasting Bench Experience, available on the hour every day between 12-6pm. You’ll be seated in front of our gorgeous 1,500L copper still, Matilda, and guided through our core spirits range, plus a few never-to-be-released rums. Learn about the history of rum, and how JimmyRum became Victoria’s first dedicated craft rum distillery. Bookings are encouraged.

The story of St Andrews Beach Brewery dates back to the early 2000’s, when our Co-founder Andrew Purchase built the racetrack on the property for the royal family of Australian horse racing – the Freedman Brothers. When the property became available in 2015, Andrew and Michael Freedman saw an opportunity that was too good to miss. With the infrastructure in place and with a story like no other, Andrew, Michael and their passionate team of co-owners set about turning the former stables into a truly unique brewery.Before you book a stable in our one of a kind refurbished stables, please note the following; Stable bookings can seat groups from 5-20 and for a maximum of 3 hours. If you are unable to book at your preferred time all of our reserved seating is booked. We leave tables unreserved in our beer garden and parts of inside for groups of less than 5 people and walk-ins. If you're wanting to make a reservation for 20+ people, please visit our webpage.

We are thrilled to have recommenced dining in, for breakfast & lunch, seven days a week from the 29th of October. Numbers are very limited & for this reason there are a couple of changes to the way we do things.- BREAKFAST service daily between 8.30am -10:45am. LUNCH service daily between 12.00pm -3.30pm. We can’t wait for you to experience one of the most unique experiences on the Mornington Peninsula. Before you book, please note the following:Picnics are $30 per head and children's meals can be ordered on the day. Payment is required upon checking in for your picnic experience.Your picnic will include a selection of pizzas, salad and chips, with drinks to be purchased at an additional cost during your picnic.
