Mosaic Kitchen, Bar & Lounge is our culinary expression of the rich, cultural diversity found in Southern Ontario and particularly, here at the Hilton Toronto Airport. An open kitchen and open flame oven center the dining room, creating a menu of rustic, comforting dishes with a worldly influence. Where ever possible, local ingredients from Ontario and the surrounding provinces are woven throughout our seasonal menus. My sister and I came here before the Taylor Swift concert and it was perfect! They had a Dj playing all her music and the ambiance was amazing. The food and drinks were delicious. We would definitely go back!!
