As a hospitality house, Kumiko has a lot of love going into every detail, from the hand towels at the start of the meal, the light levels, the curated stemware, down to the earnest "goodbye" (my coat was literally waiting for me, the moment I left the table). I've been going for several years, and every time the staff goes above and beyond expectation: On my last visit I particularly appreciated the N/A options, from the beers to the spirits. Maintaining that level of warmth in service takes hard work, dedication and spirit.
