Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Flip the Bird (a green goddess margarita served in a tiny gold birdcage), the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). The menu features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Excellent meal! Loved the duck confit and waffle, topped with a duck egg was so delicious. My husband enjoyed the spanish octopus which had a wonderful sauce.

A truly fabulous dining experience. The restaurant is gorgeous, staff was welcoming and friendly. Our server toured the menu gave fantastic recommendations. The support staff did an amazing job making all guests fell like vip's. Highly recommended!

Was pleasantly surprised to get a reservation at Rockhouse the day of a big concert at the Sphere. Sports bar vibe with a level up on food quality, you will not be disappointed
