Mosaic Kitchen, Bar & Lounge is our culinary expression of the rich, cultural diversity found in Southern Ontario and particularly, here at the Hilton Toronto Airport. Came in with a few friends Ezra was great, I made a reservation for 2 people . She was very accommodating when I asked if I was able to move to a larger table ( more friends joined ) . We were served by Vanessa ( She was very friendly) I Ordered the Phat Fried Rice ( Faith Helped me decide because I was indecisive) ended up adding steak . It was delicious!

New additions to the menu (specifically the Tuna salad) was amazing. Will definitely order again. It's a busy place and quite large - great for a group gathering. Experienced team from the Eatons Centre location has made the opening (I am sure) easier - great to see Crystal. New team member (Natalie) as server was lovely, attentive, well trained in team culture. Will definitely be back.

Went for the afternoon tea with my daughter. The busser recommended a way to eat it which we were really happy with...many thanks for recommending the jumping back and forth between sweet and savory!

The restaurant was great, but when we showed up we were informed that the restaurant no longer uses OpenTable and we actually have no reservation.
