Kaitlyn was our server ! She was super knowledgeable, cooked our meat to perfection while also serving the rest of her section. Best service staff I’ve had in a long time. All over KBBQ restaurants cannot compare to this place. My husband and I will definitely be coming back . Not only is the meat top quality all the sides complement the meal perfectly. Bonus points the hostess Brianna was super kind and very welcoming even on a busy 3 day weekend.

Great overall family approved restaurant. There is a very good selection of food items, the prices are competitive and the service is consistently above most other options. We have always enjoyed great attentive servers.

Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ - Rancho Cucamonga, CA | Victoria Gardens was an amazing place to eat. Our waiter was very attentive, and all the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed eating here and will definitely be coming here again!! The food was delicious, flavorful, we did the Premium All you can eat for $50 per person and it was awesome!

Great staff as always, good variety on the menu. We were a party of six and were sat at a table put together and at different heights. That was awkward. The prices were higher than I recall but I understand prices are higher everywhere. We will go again but will ask for a better table.

Great food and atmosphere. Arrived for my reservations and Angelica took us to our table immediately, waited at most 2mins. Had the brisket and baby back ribs. Food tasted amazing and was served quickly. Will def be returning.
