Bistro popolari a Mona Vale

Good as ever. The short rib is amazing and that purple drink with coffee and whiskey. First you get the flowery hit then coffee and then…. smooth enveloping cream.! in that order. Very entertaining. A special place.

Belrose Hotel on a Friday evening is quite noisy with many families and kids running around. This did not worry my wife and I all that much but I can certainly see that it would really annoy some customers. I wouldn't be going there for a quiet, intimate date but it was nice. The food was excellent and quick, the cocktails were also well structured and the staff were so attentive, no sooner was a plate finished it disappeared from the table.

We had the seniors meal which was perfect size and tested great. Meal was served quite quickly which was surprising as it was very busy.

Food was great as always- schnitzel and pepperoni pizza was delicious.

Sensational! One of the guys working there was so accomodating, a true gentleman!
