Gateau Ghost's humble beginnings trace back to the pandemic when founder Jayden Park perfected his madeleines in his home kitchen.     it was phenomenal. i took a client there - she'd never been. loved it! service was great - felt attended to without feeling smothered. the prix fixe menu was better than the winterlicious menu (imo) - didn't realize there was a March special, pleasantly surprised. great value!

    If you want to have lunch in the Bloor/Ave Rd area, this is an excellent place. It's QUIET, good for conversation, meetings, and the food is excellent.

    Great Vibes all around! Highly recommend the espresso martini, was one of the best I've had! The stand out food items for us were the French onion kimchi soup, short ribs and toffee pudding. Everything else was also really good. Will definitely be going back, and am excited to also try their brunch.

    Great choice for dinner tonight. We enjoyed their primavera pasta special and fish & chips very much. Friendly staff and great ambiance. Will definitely be back ! Thank you to our server Nick for the great service.
