Greeted and taken to our table upstairs. The restaurant even at 12:50 was very busy. Lovely cozy clean vibe busy with staff who were very attentive. We were shortly over to a better table by the window which was also a little larger. I had a voucher for my birthday. Don’t know how they knew, but they gave me a glass of champers which was so kind. We both went for the Sunday roasts, both cooked beautifully but unfortunately were on the tepid side (we like our gravy steaming) so it chilled the food a little. I also had a pear and almond pudding with extra hot (I asked) custard, Devine. We would definitely recommend this Bistro, prices were moderate also. Cant fault the service. Looking forward to going back.

We dined on a Saturday lunchtime and ordered from the fixed price menu at £27.95 for 3 courses. Very good value as the food was delicious and the service was excellent. It was relatively quiet so food came out in a timely manner. The venue itself is lovely and the decor is a touch of class. Would definitely visit again.

Superb evening, the food was outstanding and the waitress was friendly, incredibly attentive and very knowledgeable. It was a lovely surprise to receive an anniversary card as well, a fantastic touch.

Love Hibou on a Sunday for lunch, as always, food was great, service was excellent, nice atmosphere with live music - it’s one of my favourite places to eat in town, would recommend

Brilliant as always, the softest turkey in a Christmas dinner I have ever eaten. We love this restaurant and come every Christmas Eve.
