Featuring a rolling 12-hour lunch-to-dinner menu, the bar brings you a selection of specially curated small plates such as Woodfire Grilled Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes with Oregano, Braised Zucchini with Mint, Chilli and Pecorino, as well as an amazing selection of Consorcio, Cuca, Pollastrini, Ortiz and Real Conversas tins with some freshly baked sourdough from Baker Bleu. Booked outside at Next Door. Being outside there is no problem with too much noise. We were seated as we arrived and our overseas guests arrived shortly afterwards. The staff were great and as always we enjoyed the food I ordered. We had shared entrees and we ordered mains.

Cannot fault the service. The restaurant is well presented, modern and clean. The staff are attentive, engaging and there are plenty of them. Food was quick and plentiful and most of all tasty. We went the American BBQ group share which is the top end of menu pricing and it allowed us to sample a wide range of what Roast Republic offers. The big ticket items for me were the lamb chops and the tomahawk steak. The corn was a sensation. When they offer gloves for eating the wings take them for best enjoyment - especially for the spicy buffalo. Drinks were well priced and they have great mocktail range. You will not walk away hungry, in fact we were fit to burst.
