Next Door is the sister restaurant of Margaret, which, quite literally, sits next door to it at the corner of Bay St and Guilfoyle Avenue. Featuring a rolling 12-hour lunch-to-dinner menu, the bar brings you a selection of specially curated small plates such as Woodfire Grilled Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes with Oregano, Braised Zucchini with Mint, Chilli and Pecorino, as well as an amazing selection of Consorcio, Cuca, Pollastrini, Ortiz and Real Conversas tins with some freshly baked sourdough from Baker Bleu. It's also home to the famous Perry hamburger."It's just a place to get some really nice hospitality, chill out and enjoy your day," Neil Perry. The Roast Republic never disappoints. The service is always first class, the food is next level and the menu is broad enough to cater for the fussiest of diners. I’m a semi regular and I always look for reasons to be able to eat there. Five stars every visit.

I live in Italy and this is my third time in Sydney and the third time I have lunch at the Doyles: I love food, friendly staff and the wonderful view!!! If you are in Sydney you have to go there!
