Café popolari a Thomastown

We had a lovely night at Abacus. The ambiance is gorgeous, the surroundings were beautiful and the noise level wasn't as deafening as at some other venues- we could actually each other in conversation. The service from the waiting staff was great, they were very friendly and helpful. The food was nicely presented but my steak had sinews making it difficult to eat. I would give it another try, hopefully, the sinews were just a once-off.

On New Year's Day, we dined at this establishment. I selected this restaurant for its authentic Italian cuisine, which was quite enjoyable. The pizza was particularly delicious. Additionally, we sampled the gnocchi Bolognese and fries, as well as the Cheney balls with mushrooms, all of which were very tasty. However, the service could use improvement, and the atmosphere left much to be desired. Despite this, I would rate the restaurant four stars primarily due to the quality of the food.

We had a lovely lunch, service was great, friendly and efficient. Food was delicious.

Was introduced to this fascinating place and love it. Introduced it to friends for brunch. We all loved it. The service is good the ambience and the food divine and the atmosphere superb. Just love the place !

Having been to Vorea Polaris some time ago I was happy to recommend the restaurant for a family gathering/Sunday Brunch. Unfortunately (as sometimes happens), the standard of cooking and food was not quite as good as previously. The once tender steak sandwiches were gristly and difficult to eat. My Eggs Benedict came with firm egg yolks. In their defence, when I queried this I was provided with two perfectly poached replacement eggs. The waitress was fantastic. The noise level a tad high. Parking was VERY difficult. The ability to pay separately for a table of six was a bonus.
