We all enjoyed the dishes we shared and the chef was happy to scale back the heat for one of us. Having said that, I do prefer the tofu with longhorn peppers to the milder classic tofu dish my friend ordered. The broth base alone was delicious. Once we added our meats and vegetables, it took the flavor experience to a new level. Highly recommend.
