Mixed bag - really good service, reasonable food at reasonable prices (lunch). But the place is empty! No atmosphere - not sure what needs to change, but something does to bring people through the door. Shame, because staff are great and the interior is lovely.

I booked an Itison voucher for my friend’s birthday. Prior to this I was unaware of this hotel and its dining options. From arrival to leaving the hotel the service was excellent. We both selected different starters and mains from the menu options which we both loved. It was excellent value for money. We will definitely return again to the North hotel for dinner and drinks. Great atmosphere and welcoming staff. The fact the food was of such good quality was an unexpected bonus.

Booked the Wowcher afternoon tea which was great. We decided to treat ourselves to a chocolate orange espresso martini which was made to perfection. The staff were genuinely friendly, very helpful and efficient.
