We showcase the diverse regions of Mexico with offerings like Al Pastor tacos from Mexico City, Birria from Jalisco, Rib Eye from Monterrey, Rosarito tacos from Tijuana, Carnitas from Michoacán, and many more.We prepare our guacamole fresh every day and stone-grind our corn to make tortillas and other masa derivatives daily, seven days a week.We nixtamalize the corn by adding an alkaline solution (lime stone), and we take pride in honouring this millennia-old tradition. Food was amazing in small portions. Tres leche cake is a MUST try. Service was very good. The only annoying part was that we had to wait for a minimum 20min even though we made a reservation.

Really fun experience! It was very cold towards the show but once people were up and dancing/enjoying the music, it was fine. Food was really decent considering the set menu, thank you Le Balcon!
