Selections include our Rocky Mountain Miners Salad, our Prime Rib French Dip, Rosa’s Award-Winning Pork Green Chili, a Salmon BLTA, Craft Burgers and much more. You will have the opportunity to choose from starters such as our House-Made Hummus, Smoked Trout Dip, Crispy Brussels Sprouts and P.E.I. Mussels. Entrée selections include a Colorado Filet, Seared Salmon, Shrimp Scampi and a Grilled Rib-eye.     One of my favorite dining options. I don’t spend much time in Boulder but when I do I make it a point to try and make it over. Great cocktails, absolutely amazing food, love the ambience, and the staff has always been great. Can’t recommend enough.

    I am in town for just a few days and heard about this place from Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. I loved the retro atmosphere! Our server was perfectly attentive and made great drink recommendations and the drinks were great!! My son and I both had the Connecticut Roll and they were amazing! We will be back on my next visit to Denver!!

    We shared the Brussels sprouts which were some of the best I’ve ever had. Also a cup of the squash soup. I ordered a martini and it came “dirty”. The bar tender was so nice and immediately offered to make a new one for me. He and the server were very good.
