Rustic Kitchen has been serving the local Mar Vista community and surrounding cities for over eight years now! We are a family owned restaurant, sourcing local ingredients and serving up quality dishes that reflect our southern California heritage as well as our family’s Italian roots. Chef Noelle likes to focus on quality ingredients and straightforward preparations. Customer favorites include steak frites, Branzino, chicken pot pie, pan roasted salmon, BBQ pork chop and our super popular RK burger. The wine list is second to none having been recognized by Wine Spectator magazine with their level two Best of Award of Excellence (2-glass) for 5 years in a row.     I was looking for somewhere to have breakfast with my family and found this place on Yelp. We had an amazing time! Kayla was our server and she was very nice and attentive. We ordered the Shrimp & Grits, the Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Waffle, as well as Pancakes and everything was delicious! We’ll definitely be back!

    Rustic Kitchen has been our favorite neighborhood restaurant since they opened nine years ago. The food has always been excellent, and owners John (sommelier) and Noelle (chef), and their staff, have made it a warm, welcoming place. Unfortunately, as you can tell from the way this is written, they are closing the restaurant as of January 4, 2025. We will miss them and Rustic Kitchen very much.

    Always a good place in the neighborhood to get a hamburger and a drink or take sometime and enjoy a delicious sparerib dinner. Lots to chose from and you always feel welcome
