Let's start with the service. Agatha was superb! Her professionalism and personality started and completed the experience at a five-plus star level. The wine and cocktails were perfect. I had a Hot Toddy, and my wife had a great wine. Soup: The chicken noodle soup was the best I have ever had in a restaurant, and the French Onion was top-notch. Dinner: The Lemon Parmesan Chicken was outstanding. The Chicken and Kale Salad was made to perfection. This was our anniversary, and they brought us ice cream with Kalua syrup to cap off a great dining experience.

We enjoyed our dinner last night. The food was delicious as usual. The NY Strip and Prime Rib were outstanding. The service was top-notch. Our waiter, Steven, was very attentive and made excellent recommendations. For dessert, Steven suggested the Peanut butter bomb. It was the bomb. We sat in the bar at a high top. Christopher took care of us really well. Despite being arguably one of the best steak stops in Cleveland? We went for the seafood tower. Mac n cheese side and a chicken spring roll app. Food was incredible, everyone was attentive and the ambiance was superb. Honourable mention: the bananas foster desert is table made and done so beautifully. 10/10

Loved the view, beet salad, clam chowder, tuna and our waiter Nick. Liked the Rockfish. Sure missed the Swordfish. Finished dinner with complimentary red velvet birthday cake for our 91 year old neighbor, and 2 delicious cream brûlée . Pier W, Best on the West. We’ll be back. The food and service are excellent. The Christmas decorations make it even more beautiful and festive.
