Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave. We got the chef’s menu and loved the variety, creativity and yumminess of everything served. We also loved our server who was attentive, fun, and generous. The hostess was so lovely and welcoming and helpful. It was a fantastic date night!

The food is amazing. Service is fantastic. I didn't catch our server's name, but she was wearing a fun shirt that we commented on and was just so great to us. Second birthday night we've celebrated here and we're thinking this is going to become a routine. Fantastic all around

Really enjoyed the food - we keep coming back. Restaurant is loud. It could use some acoustic dampening. Looking forward to the Woodinville site opening.
