I’ve had both the seared salmon and the scallops. Both amazing. Every part of the dish delighted my taste buds up to and including the main entree. My server Nathan was perfect.

Our server Hunter was exceptional he answered all the questions my wife had and gave recommendations for the different adventures we should take while in Colorado Springs. Hats off to this gentleman!

We are frequent guests at Briarhurst Manor. The meal was one of the best we have had there. The Denver Steak and Scallop & Asparagus Risotto were excellent! The server was attentive and gracious. Highly recommend for a special nice dinner.
