Beautiful, unique property nestled in the wood on the bay shore. Great for a romantic evening dinner. Food is good but for the price point I expect a little better. That being said I would visit again.

Lunch reservation made for friends birthday. Not a busy time so lots of tables available and consequently, not noisy. Amy was our server. She’s excellent. Efficient, friendly, smiles. Food was great. I have the Springs Salad with added Panko Crusted Tofu. Very generous serving; it’s s favourite of mine. My friend had the Modern Bowl which looked good, and something she often orders. She enjoyed it ! Amy brought a dessert sampler as a Happy Birthday treat for my friend. Lovely !!

We’ve been to Roe 5x since they opened. Their food is consistently high quality! The crab and shrimp were absolutely superb. The reuben coquettes were also good although I can see the taste becoming a bit overbearing after a few bites. Squash was much better than expected. The albacore crudo was very fresh and the scallops were also quite good, except I thought the fresno chile hid the flavor of the scallops imho. Bavette, Roe burger, and black cod were tasty and prepared perfectly. Service is always superb. So happy they’re here in Bellingham!!!!!

We ate in the bar which had a beautiful view. Our server/bartender was absolutely the best ever. Don't sleep on their coconut margarita!

We enjoyed our meal on Christmas Eve. The restaurant was busy but not too loud. We had a really nice server (Skylee?). The only issue was that the drinks took a while longer than expected, and our meals arrived not long after our cocktails.
