Charcut came to us as a local favorite while visiting in Calgary. It completely lived up to expectations. The ambience is warm and contemporary, and the food is excellent, with a focus on local meats and produce. The wine list is terrific, especially on Wednesdays when it is 50% off. Especially high marks for the service team: fun, friendly, and excellent advisors on the menu.

Enjoyed lunch! Service was excellent. Water was topped up, bottle left on the table, dishes promptly cleared. The menu had something for everyone, included a feature lunch and there were many drink options. Burgers cooked to medium as they grind their own beef!

The staff was excellent, the waiter came through with an excellent cocktail recommendation - I was looking for a sangria which they did bot have but had a wine free take on a sangria that was amazing and hit the spot perfectly. The food was amazing and the price was very reasonable. Loved the vibe, the decor and the place as a whole. Would love to go back and enjoy the basement lounge next time.

Nice surroundings, open kitchen is interesting, had tomato salad and was excellent, great quality, lobster risotto was very good dish but was served lukewarm, beet salad also tried, beets were under cooked and therefore not sweet enough and slightly crunchy. Expected more
