Fabulous flavors in everything we tried for our Sunday lunch . highlights definitely mushroom toast & beef tataki for starters and for the fresh pasta the carbonara & vodka! For dessert the lemon tiramisu ..light lemony fine finish! Friendly professional staff ..chill ambiance. Definitely a highlight in the Vancouver restaurant scene!

The food was absolutely amazing, especially the crab toast, which was perfectly executed and bursting with flavor. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who really enhanced the dining experience. The restaurant itself is stunning, with thoughtful details that made the evening feel special. I loved the motivational speeches playing in the bathroom, a unique and inspiring touch to the ambiance.

First class experience from the valet parking to the greeting, coat check, welcome and an offer of a glass of Prosecco on arrival , to the quality of food and service. Choice of 2 signature cocktails included in the buffet is a very nice feature. .Baked croissant and muffins, lobster eggs Benedict and bread pudding all divine. Modern, glamorous, casually elegant ambiance. Small wonder Botanist is so popular. Go. You'll be very satisfied.
