Tuck away in a corner on the quiet Hutchinson Street in Surry Hills, Le Salle Dining has softly opened. This intimate restaurant is reservation only, and serves contemporary cooking inspired by those cuisines of the old wine countries.-We offer a 4 courses menu du jour + assortment of cheeses at $108 or a 5 courses menu du jour @ $118 p.p that changes frequently) and 1 drink min. spend on Beverages p.p. However, there are several dishes for supplements to add on. We are reopening 25 February 2025 with our new students. The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $44 or you can select any two courses for $39. Dinner 6pm to 8:30pm: three course menu for $44. (Our prices are excluding beverages). Group beverage packages are available to pre-purchase for the whole group.Our meals are usually served Table d’hôte (alternate drop) and portions are limited.Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. For group bookings of 11 people or more please contact us by phone 02 7920 0909 (9am to 4pm) or email si.theapprentice@tafensw.edu.au. Payment in advance is required for group bookings. We accept payment by EFTPOS, Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept cash or split bills. There is one bill per table.Dietary requirements must be advised 24 hrs in advance.

    Was a great experience! Friendly staff and very helpful. Lovely drinks , food was amazing, we ordered a Paella and was delicious . Great atmosphere, nice Spanish music not too loud. Prices was good! Overall great night out!!! Thanks Del Punto for such a great night, we will be back soon!!!

    This is the kind of restaurant we need more of in Sydney. Definitely the "neighbourhood gem" category. There's real skill in the kitchen and they're turning out really well executed and presented quality plates of simply tasty food. It's not made for your instagram - it's made for your mouth and tummy! Service is super friendly and efficient. You know you're in a good place when the waitress says "no, don't order that extra bread- you already get bread with the dish you ordered"!!!
