experience regarding the quality and preparation of the dishes was excellent, with the signature dishes of each participating restaurant standing out during the dinner. However, there was a disconnect between the service staff and the kitchen. At our table, we were five diners, two of whom are allergic to shrimp, and a note was sent prior to the dinner to inform them. This caused a disruption in the menu service, as the dish was neither replaced with an alternative nor was a previous course repeated, disrupting the sequence of the dinner. Additionally, the portions were often limited to quantities suitable for a two-person meal, despite there being five diners. The experience regarding the quality and preparation of the dishes was excellent, with the signature dishes of each participating restaurant standing out during the dinner. However, there was a disconnect between the service staff and the kitchen. At our table, we were five diners, two of whom are allergic to shrimp, and a note was sent prior to the dinner to inform them. This caused a disruption in the menu service, as the dish was neither replaced with an alternative nor was a previous course repeated, disrupting the sequence of the dinner. Additionally, the portions were often limited to quantities suitable for a two-person meal, despite there being five diners. This reinforces our perception of a lack of coordination between the service and the kitchen, as mentioned earlier. Aside from this issue, the dinner featured high-quality cuisine with a variety of dishes, whose flavors and textures were excellent.
