This modern Milanese style of dining is derived from the combination of the words Aperitivo (happy hour) and Cena (dinner). Very similar to the Spanish tapas, Apericena is a convivial experience which embraces small plates and drinks to encourage sharing and the opportunity to savor different flavors and dishes.
