The Olde Dog Inn at Herongate Tye is a picturesque Essex weather boarded inn. Known to date from the early 16th century, the pub has been serving good beer and food for hundreds of years. A wealth of traditional features greets you upon arrival with low-beamed ceilings, exposed fireplaces and a friendly atmosphere.Once again The Olde Dog Inn has been voted by OpenTable diners as one of the best. Thank you so much to all our customers that dined with us and left a review.*Bookings for tables of more than 6 people require a £10pp deposit which will be deducted from your bill on the day. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. If more that 48 hours’ notice is given for cancellation, we will be happy to move your deposit to a future booking or provide a gift voucher for the amount.
