What a fantastic afternoon tea we could have with our children and their grandmother. Everyone was so kind, intuitive, and considerate of our needs, as I use a mobility scooter. The food was yummy, the tea, divine, and the overall ambience some experience will make us return every year. Thank you, dear WALLACE Team for your help with everything. 🙏❤️

We dined here for Christmas Day dinner and had such a lovely time! We made advance reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival and greeted with our welcome drink of choice. While they were extremely busy and crowded, our server was extremely attentive and the music playlist was on point. The whole staff was so friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed the food and overall experience very much!

Loved everything about this experience. The service was impeccable and the food top notch. I love high tea and this lived up to my expectations for the full family.

We had some issues with several of the dishes. In particular it seemed the kitchen, on this occasion, struggled to deliver fish dishes that were not far too overcooked - not great when you're asking for things to be rare or medium. And even if you're not asked (as was the case with one of these dishes) they should not be prepared like that. First time here and whilst not a great fan of the low tables and chairs we had an enjoyable time. Until... ca 2.45pm when all of the restaurant, literally every table, became an afternoon tea party. That drastically changes the end of a lunch experience and not for the better. We decided against having a pudding and more wine and fled the scene. Shame. Standout service delivered by Valentina.

Wonderful food, attentive staff, lovely atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!
