Dear Valued Customers , The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. The payments will be paid after your meal, and we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable. We were a family group and greeted with smiles and the two children no problem. Our waiter was very helpful and informative about the food we did not know. The food was delicious - we ordered too much!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, food incredible! We asked to move to a nicer table and it was all fine, slight mistake with the bill that was quickly sorted. Again food is incredible!
