Apricity is the Michelin green-starred restaurant from chef Chantelle Nicholson. Celebrated for its farm-to-table ethos the team work with small-scale farmers across Britain to prepare delicious food. The service is top-notch - warm, friendly, knowledgeable and at once putting guests at ease. Apricity offers both a la carte and tasting menus, with a broad selection of plant-based dishes, regeneratively-farmed meat and sustainable seafood. There is the option for a 5-course or 7-course tasting menu, with plant-based or carnivorous options for every course. Founded by Chantelle Nicholson, the restaurant has won numerous accolades and awards since opening in April 2022. An amazing find. Food was fantastic and the only thing that I'd ask for in the service was we weren't told what some of the items were and had to ask as we were leaving. Our server though, was lovely, it was others giving us bits that didn't tell us what it was. I would highly recommend. Oh, the wine by the glass is from their own winery in Provence and it was amazing and a great pair with my lamb. The scallop, halibut, tartare, all of it, just fabulous.
