True Chesapeake is a Baltimore restaurant born of an oyster farm. Executive Chef Zack Mills creates a seasonal menu that showcases oysters from our farm in St. Jerome’s Creek, Southern Maryland — raw, roasted, and in signature dishes like Classic Rockefeller and French Onion Oysters. But, the oysters are just the beginning. Our award winning menu celebrates the bounty of the Chesapeake region by using locally sourced seafood, meat, and produce to create exquisite dishes that evolve with the seasons. Chef Mills has been featured extensively for his use of invasive seafood species, a very delicious way to help the Chesapeake Bay.     From the moment we stepped in and to the moment we left, we were such well taken cared for. SHIA thought of every little detail. Not only was the food amazing but it truly was the people that made the difference. You could feel the warmth and genuineness shine through every person we interacted with. It was a cozy and intimate night we won't ever forget.

    Manor Tavern has always been a favorite of ours. We love every part of it. Our favorite dining location there is a booth in the bar. Everyone from customers sitting at the bar and tables to the servers.....are so happy and upbeat. Laughing all around. My steak and mash potatoes and my husband's crab cake topped off a beautiful evening. Christen our server is fantastic . Always smiling and takes very good care of us. Luis the manager stopped by to ask us how our visit was. What a very very nice gentleman. Please bring back the cream corn. WE WILL BE BACK SOON. Thank you Manor Tavern, Stephen & Janet Buccheri

    Waitress was just lovely and very pleasant and accommodating. Food was yummy. Maitre d was a bit standoff ish. I was standing there whilst he seated someone else…but never acknowledged me. That seemed somewhat rude. He could’ve said ….il be right back to assist you…. Nonetheless we’ve eaten here before and will be back.
