I had dinner at SingleThread last night and it was one of the most beautiful meals I’ve had in a long time. As someone who’s lived in this community for years, it’s been incredible to watch this restaurant grow and evolve—what Kyle, Katina, and the team have built here is truly special. The non-alcoholic pairing was so thoughtfully done—each drink complemented the food in such a subtle and intentional way. It made the whole experience feel complete, without ever missing a beat. What really stood out, beyond the food, was the team. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely proud of the experience they were creating. You can feel the care in every detail, from the garden to the kitchen to the table. There’s something grounding about being there—it reminded me of walking through the forest at home. Quiet, intentional, connected. We’re lucky to have a place like this in our community—one that brings so much beauty and heart into everything they do.

Had a fantastic dining experience. We reserved a table in the dining room but realized the small corner table in the bar was a better fit. Enjoyed the edamame appetizer with fresh baked bread, it was unbelievable. The lamb gnocchi was absolutely delicious, perfect portion, fresh and cooked to perfection. I will return to this hidden gem again soon!

The farm to table cuisine was perfect. From the homemade focaccia and olive oil to the carrot gnocchi to the greens, and edible flowers. It was a perfect dinner.

Everything was lovely - service was outstanding, food creative and delightful , ambience a wonderful continuation of the property. A wonderful place to celebrate and be together with a group ! We will definitely look forward to going back!
