República is a tasting menu-only restaurant. We offer a 7-course menu at $128 or a 10-course menu at $150 per person. No matter what I order, the food is always uniquely delicious. Cocktails are always balanced variations of classics and done well. Good wine list. But the PEOPLE that serve, host, and make food for you is why Noble Rot is among the best in Portland. 20+ years for a reason. Go there.
