We have grown along with it, and as a result, we have been successful. It has been through this growth that we have become a staple in our community. Our statement of farm to table is our truth. We support as many local growers as we can because it is the local community who support us day in and day out. We truly love being a part of this amazing community.

One by Spork offers a unique culinary experience hosted by the James Beard-nominated team behind Spork. This immersive, intimate 16-seat chef’s counter features a single tasting menu, crafted from hyper-scratch cooking with ingredients sourced from our on-site garden. Each dish balances tradition with creativity, led by bold flavors. Beverage pairings—either cocktail & wine or spirit-free—complement each course, enhancing the experience. Dinner begins at 6:30 PM, with doors opening at 6:00 PM. Reservations are required, with a price of $275 per person, including beverage pairings (tax and gratuity not included). We cannot accommodate certain allergies, vegetarians, vegans, or gluten-free diets due to our use of alliums, nightshades, and butter. However, we can accommodate specific allergies with advance notice (7 days). Please contact us to discuss any dietary restrictions before booking.

At Fig & Ash, we provide seasonal sustainable comfort dishes, in a warm rustic setting. Fig & Ash offers a new take on old favorites and new adventures that will become favorites. We allot one hour and forty-five minutes for each party of two and two hours and fifteen minutes for each party of four. The Hartwood Restaurant enjoys a rich history. The originally the headquarters of the Harmar Coal Company. Purchased in 1988, the building was transformed into retail space, including antiques and a bookstore. Café tables were soon added amongst the book shelves, Over the years, The Hartwood Restaurant has evolved into a charming and unique place for meals, drinks, and events.     We had the best night here celebrating my husband's birthday. The food was amazing - focaccia was great, and the bone marrow risotto was to die for (we added the bone marrow luge for the experience - only the second place we'd been to that offered it so we had to do it again!). Entrees were the squid ink pasta special and the 'fancy fish' (Arctic char with pistachio pesto) - both were delicious. The affogato was unique and the perfect way to wrap up the meal. Drinks were perfectly paired with our food. 5/5!! Service was incredible as well, highly recommend Mark and Alexander - we had some great conversations and they really made the night special. Thank you!

    From beginning to end the experience is extraordinary. The food is so flavorful and the presentation is perfect. It’s like an evening at the theater. Beautifully produced with highest quality food, complex dishes and drinks that provide unique dining. Bravo

    A casual place with good eats. Parking is difficult around here. Only complaint is the kitchen was backed up so it was pretty slow but we didn’t mind.
