República is a tasting menu-only restaurant. We offer a 7-course menu at $128 or a 10-course menu at $150 per person. Have to try the gnocchi. Cod was perfect and the Arden lemonade cocktail stood out. Very distinct and creative flavors to every dish. Loved Arden!

What a festive atmosphere this Christmas Eve in such a delightful restaurants. The Menu was fantastic abd the service was excellent. The Oysters on the half shell were a treat. There were 3 of us and kall raved about the quality and taste if our dishes. The Pasta, the stuffed Lamb and the Short Ribs. A very festive atmosphere with such great service to spend this special night with our nephew.
