We really like Chez Billy Sud and had another great experience there March 20 for my wife's birthday. However, the menu failed to indicate that the cassoulet dish was smoky and it took a while for my wife to figure out how to eat it. The restaurant would be better off sticking to the classic cassoulet dish. My steak-frites was delicious, the drinks and wine were good.

Food is really amazing. The restaurant is gorgeous and the live music is really fun. Our waiter Christian was very helpful and provided great recommendations. Truly an amazing experience
