Founded in 2006, it started as a humble spot and grew into a French-Algerian kitchen where flavors tell a story of heritage, migration, and creativity.Chef-owner Sam, born in France to Algerian parents, brings a deeply personal touch to the menu, with dishes like tajine zitoune, lamb couscous ( 9/10 from french morning ), tchoutchouka, and chorba, alongside French staples such as onion soup, steak frites....
