Dined here with two friends for my birthday. I had dined here once before two months ago and returned because of the lobster bisque. The first time I also ordered a medium rare filet mignon, it was under seasoned. Last night I ordered the salmon and it was perfectly cooked. The skin was crisp and the fish was juicy cooked perfectly to about a medium well. The cranberry sauce it came with was winner. We were able to order the seasonal pumpkin old fashioned, which I lived on my first visit. My friend also loved it. My other friend ordered the spicy mezcal cocktail, something bells. That was also great! We also ordered a steak tartare to start and it was okay, we felt it needed something other than the egg yolk, maybe a light vinaigrette drizzle. My friend ordered a side Mac and cheese and it was not cheesy. She also ordered a crab cake for her meal as she does not eat a lot, she absolutely loved it. Tartar sauce was very good. She ordered a French onion soup to start and also loved it. We ended the evening with glasses of Bordeaux and the crème brûlée that was on the house for the birthday celebration. Brûlée was amazing. Perfect consistency. Bordeaux was soooo good. My friend ordered an affogato and loved it. Our experience was great, our server was attentive and funny, great vibe and went through the menu nicely. We loved her. The rest itself is very very quiet, you can hear your thoughts even though they somehow have music playing. Beautiful place and table set up.

My husband and I love this restaurant. We shared the fresh shrimp and pork spring rolls. The shrimp were a nice size. We also ordered the crispy tofu with eggplant and black rice, the chicken and shiitake dumplings, and the salmon. We didn’t realize how large the portions were! Everything was so delicious and cooked perfectly! Service by Adam was excellent. He was very personable and professional.

Overall it was a good experience. The steak was delicious and the pizza also. Deviled eggs were different but not bad. Service was ok but still recommend. View was excellent

We had the very lucky chance to get a reservation slot at Petrossian on December 2024. Initially we thought this was going to be similar to the other fine dining restaurants that we went to (Per Se (NYC), Le Cirque (Las Vegas), The Modern (NYC), etc.) but it turned out to be a much more tastier, friendly and memorable event. The three of us were peckish so we ordered everything on the menu. Zachary knew that we were unusual customers (ha ha), but accommodated our request by presenting the dishes in a smart order so that the sequence resembled that of a fine dining full course menu where the appetizer-like dishes came out first, then some of the early main dishes and then the heavy hitting main dishes afterward. Vincent presented each dish to us and he was very entertaining/informative when it came to introducing each of the dishes. Both Zachary and Vincent did a great tag-team service and we were very happy with how they kept us intrigued and satisfied with each successive dish that built up to an over arching story one after another. And the food, oh my goodness. It was like a scene in the movie Ratatouille where Remy the mouse explains how each part of the food complement each other to become a much better combination together. In our case, each little morsel, flower, granule, and cube had a purpose and made the overall bite explode in our mouth. We were flabbergasted with each dish and were very impressed by how the Chef (Carlos Cabrera) kept on providing one hit after another as we went down the menu. Later Chef Carlos came out because we kept on getting surprised by each dish, and we had a good opportunity to talk to him and shake his hand. We also took pictures with Zachary, Vincent and Chef Carlos and that will be part of LA family trip photo. We heard that Tiffany is considering overhauling the Petrossian restaurant in 2025 and Petrossian may have to move elsewhere. I am going to visit the restaurant wherever it goes to in the future. This was an awesome, unique experience. The building itself is unassuming but once you're inside it's fun seeing how this home was transformed into a fine dining restaurant. The staff was extremely attentive, polite, and accommodating. The transformation of specific rooms to house couples, quads and large parties was unique and worked well. The food was incredibly well prepared and the flavor was incredible. I highly recommend it as a unique dining experience for an intimate birthday or special occasion celebration.
