The only negative of our experience was halfway through our meal a family of 6 was seated next to us (in an otherwise completely empty restaurant) and the kids (all under 6) were wandering around, being loud, and the parents kept getting up to use the washroom (they each went no less than 6 times in less than an hour). At one point, both of the parents were gone, and two of their kids left the restaurant and wandered out into the mall. The staff were excellent, and were basically babysitting those kids.
