The Lobster Omelette was a delightful surprise. It had a slightly sweet flavor that balanced perfectly with the creamy texture. Based with 🥐, loved how the sweetness wasn’t overpowering, and the presentation with the fish roe on top made it feel so luxurious. The brunch at Auvers in Rhodes was not just delicious but also beautifully plated. It’s a feast for both the eyes and the palate! Loved the food although it can be a bit too saucy if you prefer lighter taste. The service was quick and friendly too.
