Welcome to The Red Lion Bishopgate!On the banks of the River Wensum and a stone's throw from Norwich Cathedral. We serve fresh, locally sourced food all day, everyday. Our head chef Tom has created a menu suitable for everyone, including gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. We serve a delicious Sunday roast every weekend.Brunch is also available every weekend 10:00am-12 noon (11:30am on Sundays). We had Sunday lunch at the Trafford Arms on a wet January afternoon. There was a very warm welcome, an excellent choice of well kept beers and great food. All the staff were friendly and professional. We would love to return again soon!

Came to the Red lion from Cambridge in the summer and sat near the river Such a lovely setting Came back to Norwich and decided to book Sunday lunch Had the pork belly and Roast beef Have to say it’s the best roast we have had 10/10 for everything Gary and Linda Cambridge
