When in Vancouver, a visit to Hawksworth is always in order. I decided to try the seasonal tasting menu. The selection looked impressive on the menu. It exceeded my expectations as I savored each bite. Thoughtful wine pairings complemented each course. Top marks for service and presentation. The sea bass, duck, and sunchoke ice cream were stellar. For the price, such fare is great value. The attentive service only contributed to the experience. I highly recommend Hawksworth.

We love Earls at Brentwood as everything is wonderful from parking availability to great food and ambience of the restaurant. The Manager Brett always finds a way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Because of that, we always make it a point to support this Earls! Keep up the good work guys!! Super cute holiday decor and great cocktails. The aburi salmon sushi press was amazing and the passion fruit martini was also memorable.

Everything was excellent but the fries were quite salty.

So good, I went twice in a week! If you are looking to eat, go anywhere, but if you are looking for a true food experience, ELEM is it. Upon entering the restuarant, the vibes, the sounds, the different rooms, the food, the drinks..represent the concept, all the elements! Yes, it may be pricey, but if you want creative cocktails, well thought out food, and hospitality and service that understand and combine all the elements for a food experience that you can't find else where, ELEM is it!
