Looking up at the Seattle Space needle, Maroun Mediterranean Grill is owned and operated by Executive Chef; Paul Maroun, former co-owner of Mashawi. Paul has over 20 + years of restaurateur experience cooking authentic Lebanese/Mediterranean cuisine, in Uptown/Queen Anne, Seattle area and Lebanon. Paul runs Maroun Mediterranean Grill solely, and will be serving the same popular Lebanese/Mediterranean dishes he has always enjoyed preparing for the Queen Anne community, as well as some of his unique original specials. Maroun Mediterranean Grill is a Lebanese American small family business, including Paul's wife, Miriam and their 3 young children. They are focused on bringing traditional comfort food from the Mediterranean; specifically Lebanon, to their patrons.
