Our owner Jimmy started Mt Fuji Japanese Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse back in 2005 as an small sushi restaurant. Since then we've won 2 awards from The Courier Post Readers Choice for one of the Best Sushi and Japanese Cuisine in South Jersey. Fast forward to 2013 we opened our Hibachi Grill section and ever since then it's been the go-to place for people that wants to have fun and watch an performance at the same time. Our menu has three sections one for sushi bar items, the second one for Japanese Cuisine and the third one for the Hibachi Grill. With over 30 years of experience in Japanese Cuisine with his specialty in sushi, Jimmy strives on perfecting the art of sushi making and is always makes sure that the ingredients used are all up to standards before cooking. That is our secret to why we were able to maintain our 4.0 and above reviews from all platforms!We are the only restaurant in Deptford that serves Sushi and have Hibachi performances!

Our newly opened Osushi location in Ardmore serving high quality sushi. Our chef owner, Sam Li, hand-select our fish daily to insure the highest quality of sushi.     Great K-BBQ experience - the grills were nicely maintained, the shrimp was fantastic, the squid was great, the sushi selection for the regular level was fantastic and delicious. Only part that needs a little improvement is ordering - love the idea of the app, but not a fan of some of the unclarity. For example - you order one portion for the table, not per person. We did this and it worked, but I saw people making this mistake because of the unclarity in the app.

    We really enjoyed our Valentine’s Day Lunch at Ooka. The service was fantastic. The server was friendly and knowledgeable and really made effort to connect with us - the sushi rolls were fantastic. This is one of our favorites places to go for a nice dinner out.

    Koto is a hidden, unassuming gem just south of Chinatown. We were running too late to make our Valentine's Day reservation at another sushi establishment so need a last-minute alternative. We were able to get a reservation 20 minutes ahead of time at Koto. The food and service were outstanding even while they were packed with a holiday crowd. Best sushi we've had in a long time and competitive with much more expensive spots..
