We had a delicious experience at Alder, our staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The restaurant is below the hotel so you don’t get that restaurant int the middle of the hotel vibe- it’s a great space!

Absolutely delightful! The tasting menu was exquisite and the wine pairings were so unexpected and amazing! The service was above and beyond! The server gave us great detail regarding the dishes and the background on the wines. I’ve eaten at a lot of Michelin starred restaurants but this one is probably the best experience!

Alo bar was outstanding and delicious, showcasing fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The service was attentive and friendly, enhancing our enjoyment of the evening. The cozy lounge vibe created a warm atmosphere, although it was a bit on the loud side. Overall, Alo bar is a fantastic spot for delicious food and great service!

It was great having Chef Bennet come out and introduce us to a dish. U can feel that the tasting menu is coming from Chef Bennett's Root (South Africa). The menu was very earthy and exciting from dish to dish. The Juice pairing that was offered was great as well.
