It is with great pleasure that I write this unsolicited review regarding our experience. Aimee and I were celebrating our anniversary. Manager, Terry was exceptional. Maddie our server was excellent. Paid attention to details. Professional. Checked on us multiple times. View for the falls was second to none. Food was Ok. Bit cold in temperature with steak. But the rest made up for it. We enjoyed a great evening out this Valentine’s weekend. From service to food, it was incredible! My husband and I shared fried oysters, Fettuccine Aragosta, Gnocchi Bolognese and a fabulous bottle of wine. Serving sizes were generous and we took home leftovers. We are excited that Blue Cave is heading to Lewiston in the upcoming weeks, as it is much closer to our home. We will be back!
