Franco’s boasts a colourful heritage and loyal client base thanks to its legendary relaxed style, friendly service and fantastic food thanks to Italian Chef, Stefano Turconi, who presents genuine, refined cooking, presented with a modern flare. Sommelier strepitoso racazzi in sala bravissimi qualità della materia prima sublime peccato che alla richiesta di carne cottura al sagra ci venga portata una cottura oltre al medium . É normale in Inghilterra ma mi aspetterei che al bocconcino la cottura della carne fosse meno locale e più diretta a soddisfare le richieste del cliente. Ma nel complesso eccezionale
