Vaticano is home to celebrity chef Felice Vacca, who grew up in Rome and now plies his trade creating unique dishes out of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Everything in the Vaticano restaurant is made from scratch every day. This includes the sauces and pasta, each made fresh and never frozen or kept overnight.
