I migliori ristoranti di cucina giapponese a East Finchley

I have recently discovered this gem of a place and cannot recommend it highly enough ( especially as it’s only a 10 minute walk from my house!) The restaurant is laid out to accommodate both small, intimate dinners/ drinks or larger gatherings, both of which can be going on without being disturbed or having to raise your voice to be heard. The menu is extensive and for those not familiar with Japanese cuisine, explains each dish clearly and simply. The serving staff also know their stuff if you need help. The drinks menu is also extensive serving a great range of wines, spirits , cocktails and of course, Japanese drinks. Last but not least, the prices are very reasonable. If you live in and around the N22 area, do give it a try. It’s located opposite Wood Green underground and loads of buses stop nearby too. I’ll be back in the New Year to enjoy another delicious dish or two. Can’t wait!

Staff were wonderful, food was excellent. We drank way too much sake. We will be back!

Absolutely stunning experience with the Omakase menu. The chef was very knowledgeable and the food was great. I do not know much about the types of the fish, but the tuna was absolutely amazing with lots of layers of flavor and beautifully cut. The bar is behind normal tables, so when the other customers started chatting it could be a bit noisy and for that reason we could not hear the chef clearly, but it did not hinder the overall experience. Will come back again to try out the a la carte menu for sure. Highly recommended!

Really nice restaurant, feels very clean and well kept and you can tell the proprietors care about your experience. The food was great, fresh, well presented and a great value for the dishes and location.
