Tanti anni fa ero stato ad un Benihana a Londra e dovendo organizzare una cena ho scelto questo ristorante, tra l'altro l'unico attualmente aperto in città. Prenotato via mail, apprezzo tantissimo la flessibilità con cambio di orario e numero partecipanti anche last minute. Ci presentiamo in perfetto orario e appena entrati veniamo avvolti da una puzza di cucinato che non ricordavo proprio dalla prima esperienza. Ok che cucinano a tavola su piastre bollenti ma mi viene il dubbio che gli aspiratori non funzionassero a dovere. Dopo qualche minuto di attesa ci fanno accomodare al nostro tavolo. L'ordinazione viene presa quasi subito e le bevande arrivano senza attesa peccato che però il nostro cuoco personale non arrivi prima di 45 minuti dopo. La nostra cena in pratica inizia un'ora dopo l'orario di prenotazione. Mi sarei aspettato una attesa più contenuta. Per quanto riguarda lo show e la cena niente da dire. Cuoco bravissimo, cibo ottimo. Serata veramente piacevole. Peccato solo per la puzza di cibo e la lunga attesa per iniziare.
